Cadero Studio
Cadero Studio makes small, carefully-built Mac apps for people who play and teach music. The first one is The Stand — a place to bring together every lesson, video, backing track and PDF you've collected, so practising starts with playing instead of searching. The aim isn't to build a suite of everything; it's to do a few things properly.
A note from the founder
I play saxophone, and like most people learning an instrument I ended up with lessons scattered everywhere — videos in three different folders, PDFs I'd downloaded and lost, backing tracks I could never find when I actually wanted them.
I built The Stand to fix that for myself. It turned out to solve a problem plenty of other musicians have too, so I finished it properly and made it something you can buy. Cadero Studio is just me continuing that: building the tools I wish already existed, and taking the time to get them right.

A personal, offline library for music lessons. Bring in videos, audio, PDFs and backing tracks from your computer or the web, organise them by instrument, teacher and tag, and practise with a built-in player that slows things down without changing the pitch. Pay once, yours forever, macOS.
A tool for serious music collectors and archivists — the people with large, carefully-kept collections who want to catalogue, organise and actually navigate them properly.
